  • Preparation or filing of tax returns, 1099s, W-2s, payroll tax forms, or sales tax filings
  • Legal advice or legal representation
  • Licensed accounting, audit, or attestation services

Any bookkeeping support provided is strictly for internal business organization and financial clarity and is not intended for tax preparation, tax compliance, or filing purposes. Clients acknowledge that all tax-related matters must be handled by a licensed tax professional or CPA of their choosing.

3. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

All information, materials, and services provided by Hydro Pressure Pro are for educational and informational purposes only.

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not acting as attorneys, accountants, tax preparers, or financial advisors
  • No professional-client relationship is created beyond general business consulting
  • Clients are solely responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals before making legal, tax, financial, or compliance decisions
  • Implementation of any recommendations is performed at the client’s sole discretion and risk

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

5. Fees & Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay fees as outlined in a separate invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Fees may be structured as:

  • Project-based engagements

All fees are due according to agreed payment terms. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. No Guarantees or Performance Claims

Hydro Pressure Pro makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, financial results, revenue increases, profitability, tax savings, or business performance. Results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control, including client execution, market conditions, and external variables.

7. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Hydro Pressure Pro are non-refundable.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that consulting services involve the delivery of time, expertise, and intellectual capital, which cannot be returned once provided. No refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued for services rendered, partially rendered, or unused, regardless of outcome or client satisfaction. Any exceptions, if made, are at the sole discretion of Hydro Pressure Pro and do not constitute an ongoing obligation or precedent.

8. Limitation of Liability
